David Tear

David has previously worked with commercial solicitors in Bradford and Leeds before he moved to Keighley in 2006 and joined AWB in April 2010. David obtained a Law Degree from Northumbria University and qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has specialised in Dispute Resolution. He acts for commercial clients and individuals in specialist areas of law including breach of Contract, negligence claims, property and land disputes, debt recovery and insolvency. David has experience advising on drafting commercial contracts and represents clients in licensing matters.

Outside work David follows football with Bradford City and Otley RUFC after spending time with his young family.
